Prices are denominated in EUR/USD/INR excluding VAT. The price does not include shipping costs.
All prices are exclusive and the Buyer is responsible for, all fees and taxes, including custom duties, importation fees, sales, use, withholding, gross revenue and taxes, dues and charges assessed or incurred in connection with the provision of Product under the Agreement and insurance costs.

CoiNel will invoice the Buyer upon finalization of the purchase of Product. To the extent CoiNel accepts other payment than upfront payment, such payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice.
If the Buyer fails to effect payment within the stipulated time, CoiNel shall be entitled to charge interest after the due date at a rate of 10 % per month or part thereof.
All taxes, bank, discount, or withdrawal charges are at the expense of the Buyer.
Unless otherwise specified by the Specific Purchase Agreement between CoiNel and the Buyer, the Product shall be delivered in CoiNel’s standard packaging.
Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. CoiNel Technology Solutions LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). CoiNel Technology Solutions LLP is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three products weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. The costs are applicable for total weight for the products.
The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.
Shipping cost depends on a product’s weight and your location. The typical shipping time and the shipping charges details are available on our online shop. To know the shipping charges to desired location add the items you want to purchase in your shipping cart and click checkout. Exact shipping charges are shown after you have entered your address information and before you submit your order.

For domestic shipments we use DTDC services. We have a flat rate for shipments all over India.
If you have an account with DHL, FedEx or UPS we can also ship with those carriers and charge shipping to your account. If you wish to have shipping charged to your DHL/Fedex/UPS account, simply enter your carrier, account number and desired shipping method into the comment field that is displayed after you have submitted your online order. We will then remove the shipping cost from your order and ship on your account.
The shipping time depends on delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Fedex/DHL:Offers online tracking, quick delivery, generally takes about 3-4 days, is expensive.
Registered Post Service: No online tracking, slow shipment, takes about 10-15 days, inexpensive
Domestic shipment through DTDC takes about 2-5 days.
Product availability and Lead Time
Please note, that while many of our products are in stock, some higher-priced items are built only upon order and carry lead times from 1-2 days to up to 2 weeks. This leadtime is in addition to any shipping transit times.
Custom Import Duties
Please note, that for shipments that do not originate in your home country, custom import duties may be payable. Custom import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility where applicable.
As we are unaware of the duty/tax rates for every country, we suggest you contact your country’s customs authorities to find out details about the charges to be expected.
Carriers like TNT, Fedex, DHL, and UPS often charge you a customs clearance fee, which is in the range of $25 and up (regardless of whether the item is dutiable or not). Payment of this fee is also your responsibility – it is not part of the shipping charges. Express Mail Service (postal service) on the other hand does in most countries not charge any additional clearance fees, is generally cheaper and almost as fast. However, its speed & reliability depends on the quality of the postal service in your country, as delivery to your address is handled by your country’s postal service in most cases. If you live in a country with flaky postal service, expect long delivery times.
We strive hard to provide defect free products and to the satisfaction of the customer. If you are not happy with the products quality or find it defective, you may return most items (for some exceptions, see below) sold by CoiNel within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
We develop and sell hardware and software that we use ourselves every day and have many satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base service.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, unless you received a defective or incorrect item.
Returns of certain items is not acceptable,
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Semiconductor chips, which are not part of an assembled board, e.g. programmable microcontrollers that were purchased as a separate item.
- Minor deviations with regards to performance, material, craftsmanship or otherwise in relation to specimens or samples shall not be considered as defects.
- Any item that is not returned in an “as-new” condition, e.g. is damaged due to abuse or shipment, or is missing any parts.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products where discounts have been obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
