The USB Host Breakout Board contains all of the digital logic circuitry necessary to implement a full-speed USB host controller.

The USB Host breakout board has power switch and over-current protection. The board uses circuitry which prevents erroneous overcurrent reporting caused by in-rush currents during hotplug events. This is achieved by the use of LM3526. The LM3526 input voltage between 2.7V and 5.5V
The DP83848 10/100Mbps Ethernet Physical Layer (PHYTER) Media Attachment Unit (MAU) is a Full featured DP83848 board, and supporting circuitry, to provide robust Ethernet network connection. When connected via the MII/RMII of an IEEE 802.3 compliant Media Access Controller (MAC), the MAU provides wire speed, half- and full-duplex, 10Base-T and 100Base-TX Ethernet connection capability. The user may also use this card for advanced link analysis and a number of other device capabilities.
